Hi, I’m Juan Pinto, a personal trainer and nutrition coach with over 8 years of experience helping clients achieve their fitness goals through focused, personalized coaching. As a dad of three, I understand how busy life can get, which is why I specialize in creating programs tailored to fit your lifestyle, needs, and goals.

My approach combines calisthenics, using your own body weight, with weight training to get the best of both worlds building strength, mobility, and functional movement. These elements are essential in my programs because they help you move better, feel stronger, and move more freely in everyday life.
